This should almost go without saying yet for some reason many people cannot understand it. Human Grade (HG) anabolic steroids will always cost more than Underground (UG) anabolic steroids. It really shouldn’t come as a surprise, the cost of steroids made by a UG lab are the equivalent to the generic brand items you might buy at your local super market; this doesn’t mean they’re worthless. However, HG products, while the cost of steroids of a HG nature will be much higher they will always be of the highest quality and this we cannot say of UG steroids. The cost of steroids made by a UG lab while cheaper can often be of a poor quality nature, under-dosed, full of bacteria, not exactly what they’re supposed to be and even completely fake. This doesn’t mean good UG lines don’t exist, they do but they are very few and far between.

Thanks for responding. I’m just a little stressed from having the sore nipples. I dropped my Test dose to 75mg ever 4 days. 20mg of Nolvadex a days and my right nipple is sore again but no bumps. I’m going to order the Red PCT and give it a shot. Would the 1 pill a day be good for water weight and estrogen or should I do the 3 a day? When I complete my Test cycle in a little over 5 weeks should I include OSTA for Post Cycle Therapy along with Nolvadex and Clomid for 4 weeks and if so should I start the OSTA the same day of last shot or along with the Nolvadex/Clomid about 18 days after my last shot. Hi, I just bought your book, and I’m very excited to get started. I’ve always wanted to be in “good shape,” lean and tone, but have never been able to get rid of jiggle. I’m curvy at 5’3″ and 132 pounds, and getting rid of fat in place of muscle is what I’m looking to do. I’ve always tried to remain active, even when I can’t go to the gym on a regular basis. For the past few weeks I’ve been working out twice a day, with heavy cardio and mild weight training in the morning, and interval circuit training in the evening while also doing a heavy HEAVY cut back on calories. I lost weight in my first week, but after that, it kind of just stuck near 132 and hovered. I’m much more concerned with my appearance than the number on the scale (though that doesn’t hurt either). I’m a little nervous that going from eating so few calories to what you recommend might cause a temporary fat gain. Also, I have a very busy schedule, but I make the time to make my own lunches and snacks to bring to work so that I can stay on track with whatever program I’m doing. Is there a meal plan provided in the book or just guidance tips to create your own? The book comes tomorrow, but I’m excited to get started and want to make sure I have all the tools I need to do so.

So, I’m 17. I started training with weights in Dec 2013 with absolutely no knowlege/experiece. I got my squat from 80 to now 145lbs. I can deadlift 160lbs easily. Bench press on and off since my bench is broke. So would you say my beginner gains are gone and I need to use creatine? I am going to buy some whey soon. I am also trying to gain weight. I’m 147 right now. Trying to be 155 by mid-June. Any suggestions to add on to this. I did 5×5 training for almost 10 weeks a few months ago (got me to that heavy squat lol 😉 )

hi rob. ive been reading the reviews and am still undecided on which way i would like to go. im 27, around , slim and fairly tonned. my work is medium to high physically intensive(i dig holes and lay power cable). workouts are few and far between, mainly consisting of push up, crunches and sit-ups to tone mid region. i have a long term relationship with a wonderful women but when i finish work i would rather kick back on the couch with a few beers an watch the idiot box, then satisfy her. im hoping for a moderate tone up and rather large kick up the ass for my sex drive. Any information on either would be greatly appreciated
