Dentist here. Your body actually continues "growing" until about 30, at which point I guess the best term is "negative growth" after that. As we all know, AAS increase muscle mass etc - the attachments of these muscles on your bone also increases the bone density and mass. Hence, you may now have more pronounced masseter muscles, the ones on the angle of your jaw, and hence the angle of the mandible will grow and become more pronounced, sharper, which tends to give a more pronounced masculine look. Coupled with, likely, more facial hair and muscle tone, and reduced H2O, you most likely do look a little more manly in the face. Enjoy it :D
